Graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S.N. in 1999. Received a M.S. (Masters: Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nursing Practitioner) from University of Maryland, 2014.
Ms. Bissett is married with three children. Her hobbies include running, coaching girls lacrosse, and reading.
