Board Certified: Internal Medicine.  Board Eligible: Allergy / Immunology. Dr. Fears has been in practice since 1986. Graduated Haverford College in Haverford, PA, receiving a B.A. in English. Graduated University of Virginia Medical School in Charlottesville, VA, and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Completed his internship and residency at New York Hospital/Memorial Sloan Kettering, New York, NY; finishing in 1984. Completed his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Cornell University Medical Center, New York, NY, in 1986.

Dr. Fears lives in Huntingtown MD, and is married with one child.
